For therapists
A client who uses Weekly Threads can send you one link before a session: a one-page summary of their week and what they want to talk about. It's free for you, and you don't need an account.
See what a client sends you
These two summaries use made-up data for a fictional client. Open them the way you would open a link from a client.

Screenshots show sample data.
What's in a summary
- The topics the client wants to talk about, first.
- Mood, anxiety, energy, and sleep over the period, with trends and charts.
- The days that stood out, the feelings they named, and the tags they used.
- Notes, only if the client chose to include them. Notes are private by default.
- With Personal Plus: PHQ-9 and GAD-7 results over time (unless the client turns that off), practice you've agreed on, patterns in their tags, and thought records the client chooses to share. If a client has answered question 9 on the PHQ-9, it's flagged at the top.
It covers the time since their last session, or the last 14 days. You can print it or save it as a PDF from the page.
What you need to do
Nothing. You open the link in any up-to-date browser. There's nothing to install, no account to make, and no cost to you.
For clients, the app is free. Personal Plus is optional, at $4 per month.
Privacy
- The client decides what to send and who gets the link.
- The summary lives inside the link itself, in the part after the
#that browsers don't send to a server. Weekly Threads never receives it and keeps no copy. - Anyone who has the link can read it, and a link can't be switched off. How you store what a client sends you is up to your own practice's policies.
- Everything is self-reported by the client. It isn't a clinical assessment, and Weekly Threads isn't a crisis service.
